Once any project or service has commenced, IMEDIA3 NETWORK reserves the right to deny cancellation requests.

If cancellation is accepted after work initiation:

• Charges for completed work shall apply
• Third-party expenses shall remain non-refundable
• Administrative and resource allocation charges may apply

MONTHLY MARKETING SERVICES

For monthly SEO, advertising, social media management, or digital marketing services:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle
• Ongoing monthly fees already billed shall remain non-refundable
• Services will continue until the active billing period ends

DOMAIN AND HOSTING SERVICES

Domain registration and hosting services cannot be cancelled once purchased due to third-party provider policies.

Such charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

PROJECT DELAYS CAUSED BY CLIENT

If the client causes delays through:

• Lack of communication
• Delayed approvals
• Failure to provide content
• Repeated change requests

IMEDIA3 NETWORK reserves the right to place the project on hold or cancel the service without refund.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES BY IMEDIA3 NETWORK

IMEDIA3 NETWORK reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without refund if:

• Payments are overdue
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Abusive behavior occurs
• Illegal or prohibited content is involved
• Terms and policies are violated

EFFECT OF CANCELLATION

Upon cancellation or termination:

• Access to ongoing services may be revoked
• Deliverables under development may remain incomplete
• Outstanding dues shall become immediately payable
• IMEDIA3 NETWORK may retain project files until pending payments are cleared
